Pick of the litter order/Non-refundable deposit is a contract.:
This list is a first come first served bases in the order of non-refundable deposits of $200 are received. No pick of the litter order is held until confirmation of payment is received. Deposits are taking once a breeding has occurred and threw the DAY BEFORE (10/22/11) the puppies turn 6 weeks old., which will be told on the breeding / puppy page of our website .
Information about our current breeding ADULT DOGS:
Both of these dogs were breed on our yard. Parents are Horsleys Space N Vader (100 percent Johnson line) and Horsleys Sugar Me Sweet (half Johnson and Half Old Southern White Lines). They are both on property for you to see with pedigrees. Both are working dogs with large thick bones, straight pasterns and good hips. All our adult dogs have good temperaments that make good large family pets. American Bulldogs tend to forget they are not small lap dogs when the family is sitting around. So, they may try to sit in your lap from time to time. They are very loyal dogs that will also keep strangers at bay.
PICKING YOUR PUPPY:
All puppies MUST be chosen in the same order that deposits were received and specified appointment time by way of our website or in person NO LATER THAN the DAY they turn 6 weeks old on Oct. 23, 2011. All puppies with deposits on them MUST be picked up and cash balance paid in full at the same time, unless a written or e-mailed mutual agreement has been made prior to the litter’s ready date, but you must still make your pick during your appointment time threw our website. Pick up date is also known as litter’s ready date on our website under the puppy page. If puppies are born during the week (Monday - Friday), the litter’s pick up date and remaining balance to be paid will automatically become the Saturday following the day they turn 6 weeks old. We have found this helps out everyone who works during the week and traveling from out of town. This is also the day you will receive all papers for full registration and witness your puppies first shot being given. We do NOT stipulate in any our contracts or registrations papers about within holding any rights to the puppy / dog you are purchasing from us in regards to shows, events, breeding rights, or that it must be fixed. We believe that once your new bundle of joy leaves our property he/she is now your responsibility and relinquishes all rights from us.

We don’t guarantee any certain size or the ability to breed or temperaments. We only sell our puppies as pet quality.

We reserve the right to deny a sell / deposit of any puppy / dog as we see fit for the interest of both pet and buyers at www.hhamericanbulldogs.com We do NOT sell or take deposits from anyone who has been associated with any type of dog fighting or has had any prior dogs seized due to cruelty / neglect. We are strongly against dog fighting. We believe in all dogs having the best environment to live a healthy and happy life.
puppy guarantee :
You MUST read and agree to our puppy guarantee on our website link congenital health guarantee. before signing any of contracts. All contracts are finale. *NON REFUNDABLE Deposits. No CASH REFUNDS… Only replacement puppy from same litter or next litter of equal bloodlines which may not be of the same parents, but will be of same gender, picking order and value if the contracted puppy becomes unavailable due to life threaten medical reasons.
*If you put a deposit down prior to the puppies being born, we will let you know the actual date for pick up along with the day they are actually born within 24 hours of birth. You WILL already know the exact time and the age for pick up during the time you put a non-refundable deposit down and fill out this contract*
Specified Pick up date / time:
If you are more than 30 minutes late for your set appointment time below, you are subject to missing your already set picking order and possibly causing you to receive the last picking order and appointment available for that day. The picking date will be the closest weekend day that the puppies turn 6 weeks old, unless specified other wise before deposits are received. No REFUNDS or replacement puppy :
No REFUNDS or replacement puppy for change of mind, ability for personal pick up, any no shows during our mutual agreed delivery time and place or any other personal reasons. Do understand that failure to make pick on the agreed date or failure to make
remaining payment on the due date will release you from any ownership / replacement puppy / or entitlements to any puppy / any form of refund in full or in part

Shipping/ Delivery:
We do not ship or go threw any form of a third party on any of our puppies due to the safety of the puppies and filling out the final contract / registration papers, but we can personally deliver within reason for additional cost . This fee must also be paid in full prior to any deliveries being made. If interested in a delivery, contact us prior to deposits for more information and pricing. Please have actual address of place being delivered to at time of contact in order for us to give a price.

Boarding :
In the event you are coming from out of town and not by any way possible able to pick up on the litter’s ready date, we will keep your chosen puppy for additional fees. An additional fee of $30 each day after the litter’s specified pick up date will be charged as a boarding fee only if prior mutual arrangements have been made before this date and only if full balance has been paid. Since you are not able to be here in person, you must pick out your puppy threw our website and have a phone conference on the same day and during your Specified appointment time just like everyone else actually picking up their puppy in order to choose this option. Your remaining balance including the additional fees will also be due by the way of western union in minutes within 1 hour of your appointment time of chosen your pick puppy. It is also your responsibility to pay an additional fee of $15 for any shots / de-worming that we have to personally administer after the puppies 1st. Shot on the litter’s ready date. We can not personally administer the Rabies shot, this must be done by a licensed veterinarian which will cost more. It is also your full responsibility to pay all vet bills during this time after the litter’s ready date. Will notify you at least 48 hours before any other shots / de-worming by the way of e-mails or phone.
Abandonment :
If you have not picked up within 10 days of the litter’s ready date or on our agreed mutual pick up date or additional fees not paid in full, the contracted pup/ dog is then considered to be abandoned allowing hhamericanbulldogs to sell and keep all money or keep the puppy / dog and will relinquish you of all rights of the spoken of puppy / dog without any refunds or replacement.
