THIS PUPPY IS GUARANTEED AS FOLLOWS:
• As of the date of pick up / delivery, the puppy has received the 1st. Set of vaccinations and de-worming. The buyer has been given proof of this. They have been informed of future vaccinations and de-worming due.
1. To be in good physical condition for the first 48 hours after the time of pick up. The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of their choice and at their expense within 48 hours after the puppy leaves our premises for a complete physical examination. If a veterinarian finds the puppy to have a life threatening congenital disorder , the buyer must call (803)796-0960 immediately and be able to furnish an in-depth report stating the life threatening congenital disorder found from the vet (licensed) at buyers expense for all cost. The seller reserves the right to a second veterinarian opinion at the expense of the seller.
Replacement puppy is given to the original buyer of the puppy.
Replacement puppy will be issued upon availability and the return of sick puppy. The buyer must also provide veterinarian’s statements accompanying the return to seller.
All veterinarian bills will be paid by the puppy/dog buyer and not the seller of said puppy.
2. A puppy with a life threatening congenital disorder must be returned with the prior permission of the seller to qualify for a replacement puppy.
3. No money refunds, in full or in part, under any circumstances.
We ONLY OFFER A REPLACEMENT PUPPY!!!!!!
A replacement puppy will be given if it has a proven life threatening congenital defect (non -treatable ) and with all documentations and is found at the first initial veterinarian visit within the first 48 hours after taking possession of the new puppy.
• A returned puppy must be returned to the seller in good condition, other than the specified problem.
• The buyer is responsible for the transportation cost to and from seller for the returned and for replacement puppy. Reminder we Do NOT ship our puppies, but can deliver for additional fees to be paid by buyer of original puppy prior to departure date of replacement puppy.
No replacement puppy
will be given if the puppy has been spayed, neutered, euthanized without the seller’s permission and not immediately contacted by phone (803)796-0960 at time of defect found, proof of specific life threatening congenital defect stating the puppy can not grow out of it or if the puppy can be treated by surgery, medication or therapy, or if this contract and registration papers are not returned along with the said puppy. If YOUR PUPPY CAN BE TREATED IN ANYWAY, THEN YOUR PUPPY IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS guarantee!!! SOME EXAMPLES ARE AS FOLLOWS but not limited to: Coccidia, FLEAS, TICKS, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF parasites internal or external, viruses, bacteria, infections of any type worms, vitamin deficiencies, Stress, disorders brought on by parasites. Hearing, eyesight problems, Diarrhea, Ectropia, Entropia, Cherry eye, Hip Dysphasia "loose" hips or knees, any type of food allergies, environmental stress/allergies , Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Lymph plasmatic Colitis, skin allergies (including any type of mange) elongated , soft palate, and stenotic snare, and hernias of any type allergies, any physical problems which is or could be the result of any injury is. If the puppy is not examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours after pick up/ delivery, the Life threatening congenital guarantee is no longer in effect and void. No replacement puppy or refunds of any type and the puppy is sold as is, no exceptions.
The seller will not be responsible for veterinarian fees or costs.
Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means regular trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.
There is no guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials. All are sold as pet quality.
The seller is not responsible for temperament issues since they can be caused by lack of training, discipline or proper dog socialization which is reasonability of pet owner.
This contract is valid only for the original buyer and puppy, meaning it is not transferable.
If replacement puppy is given you must return all CKC / IOEBA papers and all vet records / shots with the puppy that is returning to the seller and sign the returning puppy over to us as the new owner. The replacement puppy’s CKC / IOEBA papers will be signed over to you.
